Ditch the workout, join the party! This energetic dance class will get you sweating and forgetting how much of a workout you’re getting! This is for ALL ages and abilities! Led by Ivy Mitchell of Zoe fitness, she can show you the best way to get a good workout for YOU–if that’s in a chair or moving in half time, she’ll meet you where you’re at.
